Care Workers

BS24 is working in partnership with a number of Care Homes and Nursing Homes throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, who are looking to appoint healthcare professionals to support them on a temporary and contracted basis.
What our clients are looking for
Dedicated healthcare professionals with at least 12 months experience caring for those with health conditions, learning difficulties or who are elderly and vulnerable. Ideally, available on short notice to pick up temporary shifts.

- Dedicated team of consultants that are available from 05:00am – 22:30pm at night to support you

Bs24 Healthcare duties
- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person centred approach
- To observe and promote the Client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
- To actively support other Care Workers management and staff
- To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Caring Hand’s policies, procedures and guidelines
- To actively market Bs24 and promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation
